Refund Policy
At MADES, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund policy to ensure your satisfaction.
Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, your return must meet the following conditions:
- The product is returned within 30 days of delivery
- The product is in its original packaging and in good condition
- The product has not been used or altered in any way
- You have obtained a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service team
Refund Process
- Contact our customer service team to obtain an RMA number and return instructions
- Ship the product back to us at the address provided
- Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and process your refund
- Refunds will be issued in the original payment method
Refund Amount
- Full refund: If the product is returned in its original condition and packaging
- Partial refund: If the product is returned with missing or damaged parts, or shows signs of use
- No refund: If the product is returned after the specified time frame or is not in its original condition
Exceptions
- Special orders or customized products are not eligible for refunds
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the product is defective or was sent in error
Warranty
We maintain the highest standards for our goods and services, guaranteeing products on behalf of our overseas principals for up to 12 months from the invoice date (unless otherwise stated in writing). This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship, subject to the following conditions:
All claims must be submitted in writing within seven days of receiving the goods.
Faulty Goods – Items proven to be defective prior to delivery due to inadequate material or poor workmanship will be repaired or replaced at our discretion and expense. Adequate time is required for alterations or replacements.
Liability – Our liability for faulty goods does not extend to wear and tear or damage resulting from faulty handling, excessive strain, unsuitable service conditions, improper use, or other factors beyond our control.
Void Warranty – Alterations or repairs carried out by the purchaser or third parties without our prior written consent render the warranty null and void.
Limited Liability – Our liability is limited to our goods or parts and does not cover damages to plant machinery or other equipment or any consequential loss.
Warranty Cards and Manuals: Where applicable, warranty cards and instruction manuals are supplied with delivered goods.
Warranty Claims
MADES will not accept claims for shortages or breakages if the purchaser has accepted receipt of goods without checking in writing. If you’re experiencing issues with a product, please contact our customer service team to initiate a warranty claim. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue or provide a replacement or refund, as applicable.
